The questions that he was asked included how his family reacted to going on shlichus in Kazakhstan, if a Jew can change his religion, and his opinions on political issues and the separation of religion and state.
The program, which was very successful, was broadcast at the weekend and attracted millions of viewers. The Jewish Center in Almaty received many positive reactions to the show. A transcript of part of the interview appeared in the local press.
